We often pride ourselves on being independent thinkers, but is that really true?
Do our careers vastly differ from those of our college peers? Or, do we mostly seek comfort within social norms, even down to our attire?
I often fall into this pattern as well, although my collection of custom blazers are now reserved for weddings.
Thinking back to college, turning 40 or 50 seemed like a distant reality. But now, that time has come. With fewer good decades left, is now a good time to deeply reflect?
We can continue the standard, well-trodden path. Or write a new script.
I’ve noticed that individuals with significant worldly success often adhere more strictly to societal norms. I don’t blame them – unwinding at the Four Seasons spa while savoring a 2012 Barolo is pretty nice.
Yet, I’ve also noticed that these same superstars often remain restless, perpetually chasing their next goal. Sound like anyone you know?
For those ready to embrace discomfort, to critically assess past decisions, and to confront their own ego—maybe it’s time to Ascend.
Valhalla Ascend VI begins in 6 weeks.
warmly,
Navin
